< All clients receiving purchase assistance through HomeSight, including all persons who will appear on the mortgage, are required to complete our educational curriculum and financial assessments.
< Seattle or S. King County, register on-line or call HomeSight at (206) 723.4355. The cost to attend the HomeSight Financial Series Workshop is $40 per household.
< Snohomish County, please call Everett Community College at (425) 267.0150 for enrollment and class fees.
< You must be registered for the class (this includes your co-applicant, if applicable) in order to attend.
< Due to the amount of material covered in this class, HomeSight requires that prospective home buyers arrive on time. Also, due to limited seating and for the courtesy of other applicants, NO CHILDREN or unregistered guests will be allowed in the class. If you come to a class after the start time or with a child or unregistered guest, you will be asked to leave and register for another class.
