| Take Exit 163A - W Seattle Br/Columbian Way |
| Keep left at the fork and merge onto Columbian Way S., immediately get into the right-hand lane, go straight through the first light at Spokane St. (do NOT get onto Spokane St) |
| Continue on Columbian Way S heading south. Columbian Way S will bear to the left at a set of lights. Continue on Columbian Way S crossing Beacon Ave., and MLK Jr. Way S. |
| Turn right (south) onto Rainier Ave. S. You will pass through 3 lights, the last one is at Hudson St. |
| Approximately 1 1/2 blocks later you will reach HomeSight/SEED offices on your right (west) on the corner of 39th Ave. |
