You will want to call us so we can check to find out if you need to retake any classes or schedule another Financial Assessment.

I have a disability. Do you have specific programs that can assist me?

In partnership with The Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC), HomeSight provides counseling for HomeChoice clients (see below). Though HomeSight doesn't have a "specific" program for those with disabilities -- all 1st-time home buyers are encouraged to go through our program and if qualified, receive our purchase assistance.

The WSHFC has a program called HomeChoice for those living with a disability or living with a family member that has a disability. For additional information please visit their website at - www.wshfc.org/buyers/homechoice.htm

Will I get a loan if I go through the HomeSight Program?

It depends on individual circumstances and what you may qualify for in purchase assistance. You need to meet with a counselor to find out if you are qualified.

How do I know what I qualify for?

Since it depends on individual circumstances, you will need to meet with a counselor to determine what assistance you qualify for.

I found a house I want to buy right now, can you help me?

There is some groundwork to cover before you qualify for any purchase assistance. We require our clients take our education curriculum and meet with a counselor to find out how much assistance you may qualify for.
