Pontedera Nearing Completion

The Pontedera, HomeSight’s newest development is nearing the end of construction. Eager to show off this beautiful new building, an open house event was held on the evening of January 28^th. A steady stream of real estate agents, prospective buyers, and interested neighbors passed through the on-site sales office where they were treated to refreshments and entertainment. The highlight of the evening was the tours of some of the finished condominium homes lead by Eric Pravitz, HomeSight’s Director of Real Estate Development. Guests marveled at the expansive views of the downtown skyline, and remarked favorably on the high level of design and finish found throughout the building. The on-site sales office located at 823 Hiawatha Place S. is now open from 1 to 4 PM Saturday and Sunday.
