HomeSight has been partnering with King County and ReHabitat Northwest, a Seattle area developer of affordable homes, to rehabilitate distressed homes in certain areas of South King County including Renton, Auburn, and Covington. The first home using funds from the U.S. Government’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program is now complete!
