Buyer Tour of NSP Homes

Saturday, September 11th from 1pm to 3:30pm Windermere Real Estate is hosting a tour of the available homes Rehabitat NW and HomeSight have rehabilitated using funds from the U.S. Government’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). Income qualified homebuyers can receive up to $60,000 in purchase assistance in the form of 0% 2nd loans due upon sale or refinance.

The tour will include the newly completed home in Covington, WA as well as 4 other homes currently under construction in Auburn, Covington, and Renton.
