HomeSight has been developing community through homeownership for over seventeen years. Beginning in 1991 HomeSight started work on developing housing for first time homebuyers in Southeast Seattle. With over 350 homes constructed to date, HomeSight has expanded into south King County and Snohomish County, while maintaining its focus on providing homeownership opportunities to those at risk of being priced out of the communities in which they live and work.

In our quest to find new and better ways to deliver high quality homes to our first time homebuyer clients, HomeSight has pursued innovative construction methods such as developing the Pacific Northwest’s first 2-story manufactured single-family home, and construction of the first in the nation zero-lot line 2-story manufactured townhomes. We have now finished construction on our largest development, a 102 unit mixed-use condominium located at the crossroads of North Rainier Valley, Chinatown/International District, Little Saigon, Pioneer Square and the Stadiums. HomeSight’s mission includes using housing development as a means of stimulating economic activity and investment in neighborhoods that have been largely overlooked by other developers.
