HomeSight in partnership with the King County Housing Authority is developing seven energy-efficient single-family homes in this newly developed mixed-income Three-Star Built Greenmaster planned community located four blocks east of downtown White Center and only blocks from the Westwood Village shopping center.

Amenities include Greenbridge’s civic center which contains a plaza, a renovated community center run by Neighborhood House and the Southwest Boys & Girls Club, the Educare Early Learning and Head Start Center, a YMCA Adult Learning Center, a King County branch library, and residential units with home-based businesses. In addition, the new White Center Heights Elementary School is only a few blocks away. The central street, 8th Avenue, is lined with wide sidewalks, street trees, bus stops and a gateway park at Roxbury. Five parks are interspersed among the residential units and a major trail runs east-west and crosses 8th Avenue.  Presently there are 54 separate public art pieces that embellish street corners, the trail, parks and several buildings and more will be added as the remaining phases are completed.

The Greenbridge neighborhood is centrally situated for a commute to the majority of job centers in the Puget Sound Region with great highway access via I-5, I-405, SR 509, and SR 518 and King County Metro Transit provides convenient access from Greenbridge via routes 128, 113, 133, 60, 131 and 134 to downtown Seattle, Southcenter, West Seattle and the Eastside. Greenbridge is also located immediately up the hill from the Olsen/Myers Park and Ride Lot and is connected to downtown White Center and West Seattle by walking trails and established bike routes.

Construction of these 7 homes (803 - 837 SW 100th St) will be completed in July 2011. For more information please contact a HomeSight representative.
