Interested in owning your home at U-lex but have questions about the registration process? Join us for a one-hour, in-person workshop hosted offsite at the Community Roots Pike/Pine Community Room (1620 12th Avenue, Suite 206, Seattle, WA). Our friendly staff will answer your questions about applying, registration, qualifications, and the benefits of co-op living at U-lex, guiding you through every step—from initial inquiry to homeownership.

U-lex homes, conveniently located near the Othello light rail station, are available to qualified applicants on a first-come, first-served basis. Sign up by April 30, 2025, and we’ll cover up to $500 of each of your first two housing payments—that’s $1,000 in total savings! Don’t miss your opportunity to invest in your community at U-lex.
