Interested in owning your home at U-lex but have questions about the process? Join us for a one-hour, in-person workshop at the Community Roots Pike/Pine Community Room (1620 12th Avenue, Suite 206, Seattle, WA). Our team will guide you through applying, registration, qualifications, and the benefits of U-lex co-op living, conveniently located near the Othello light rail station. Homes are available to qualified applicants on a first-come, first-served basis.
