The City of Seattle Office of Housing, in partnership with HomeSight, have created a new program from Seattle Housing Levy funds to help Seattle homeowners. Qualified borrowers will have the opportunity to become current on delinquent housing-related payments and remain in their home.
Program highlights:
• Available to homeowners within Seattle city limits*
• Homeowners with delinquent mortgages, property taxes, and/or HOA dues are encouraged to apply
• Applications are submitted via a foreclosure counselor
